Legal Protocol v3.0

WE KNOW NOTHING.
WE STORE NOTHING.

Data is a liability. Our architecture is designed to know as little about you as possible. We don't just "respect" your privacy; we enforcing it through code.

Index

Encryption AES-256 + PGP

All communications are encrypted client-side before transmission.

01 // Data Minimization

We operate on a "volatile memory" architecture. When you enter a chat room (Public or Private), your messages are stored in RAM only. Once the session ends, the server process terminates, and the RAM is overwritten.

We do not require:

  • Email Addresses
  • Phone Numbers
  • Real Names
  • Persistent Cookies

02 // The "No Logs" Guarantee

Most services claim "No Logs" but keep metadata. We define "No Logs" literally. We do not configure our servers to write access logs, error logs, or IP tables to the disk.

root@anonchat:~$ cat /var/log/messages
cat: /var/log/messages: No such file or directory

03 // You Are Not The Product

No Tracking Pixels

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, or any third-party behavioral trackers.

No Data Broadcasting

Your chat content is never scanned for keywords to serve ads. It passes through our tunnels blindly.

04 // Compliance (GDPR/CCPA)

Under GDPR, you have the "Right to be Forgotten." Since we do not remember you in the first place, this right is exercised automatically the moment you close your tab.

For any legal inquiries or data subject requests, please contact our encrypted support channel. Note that we will likely respond stating we have no data to provide.

WARRANT CANARY

AnonChat has NOT received any National Security Letters, gag orders, or warrants to disclose user information.
